Can you accommodate food allergies?
No, we take every precaution but can not guarantee our items are allergen-free. Our facilities produce items with gluten, dairy, nuts, etc., so there is always a possibility for cross-contamination.
Do I need to set up an account to order?
No, you are not required to set up an account.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order.
How does the order process work?
Orders submitted between Monday and Friday at 11:59 PM ET will be prepared for pickup on the subsequent Monday. Special/Custom orders can be emailed to us at info@chopsbyrera.com.
How long can I keep my meals in the refrigerator? Freezer?
Our meals are prepared fresh with no preservatives. The suggested "consume by" date of each menu item is specific to the components. Our heat & eat entrees can be frozen to extend shelf life.
How do I prepare the food?
All items come with detailed instructions, oven and microwavable containers. A few minutes of heating and you are ready to dine!
How often do your menus change?
Our entrée and salads rotate seasonally with some weekly and monthly specials available.
How big can a "Small Gathering" be?
Our large platters can feed up to 15 guests, depending on the style of your gathering. Please contact a Chops By Rera representative for larger events.
Do you ship your food?
Yes, we can ship most of the items on our menu.
